Ashburn 1 & 2 Higher ping than usual

For approx the past week Ashuburn servers 1 & 2 for me have been showing higher than usual ping - usually around 255-258ms showing in the app.
Prior to this they would both hover around the 228ms mark.

So I switched to Ashburn 3 which for me is usually around 238ms but I'm noticing some small, yet notcible ping spikes in game.

I've restarted my PC, the app and my router but its still the same from my end.

Aion is my game btw
