Does Battleping work with PC emulators? e.g. Bluestacks?

I am wondering if Battleping works with Bluestacks or LD Player to connect to servers in gaming apps?

Eversoul (a mobile app) recently released and my ISP has bad routing to Singapore so was curious if it might help.
