Lagging seasever

hayy ..... help me something
i aldy buy time code and play d2 with battleping
now (sea) server always show over ping 3000 ,
stop 3sec in battle morethen 10,12 time and
when i click *Game Connection* then always show <Game Detected>

the connection is bad for all my acc .
so u can fix it ?

i have 5 acc..,
1- PandaPaO
2- Panda1
3- Panda2
4- Panda3
5- Panda4
