Ping very high and package lost over 70% when playing Dota2

Hi,

I got the serious problem when i use sg sever 3 or 5 to play dota2 can't play well have a big packet loss over 70%
Some of my friends can play smooth beside me , we are using same connection .


Pls help fixed issue , I noticed that happened start from Yesterday , I tried several server to change result but same.
