BP doesn't work anymore

Ok here how it is:
I've been using BP for almost 25 days. However, just a moment ago, I can't feel that I get the benefit of battle ping anymore. The connection is connected, the game is detected, but when I logged in to Blade & Soul, the delay is so heavy.

I tried logging in without using battleping. And surprisingly, it has the same heavy delay. That's where I got my conclusion that battleping doesn't work.

My OS is Windows 10.
