Archeage login issue

Hi, Archeage stuck in splash art screen everytime when the game disconnects me. I restart my router, change servers, or i try to log on without BP and the problem continues. it's like 30/45 minutes to 2 hours (as now) I can not enter the game. I like BP, I feel pretty good, but every time I disconnect I have these problems.
