FFXIV doesn't run while using BP

FFXIV works perfectly fine without BP. I keep getting error 2002 (failed to connect to data center) when using BP.

I will try to uninstall BP and re-install it again.
Edit: I tried to re-install BP but still the issue remains.

I use EU/Germany servers mostly.
