serious error 216 everytime i use battleping

hello,

i am keep getting error 216 every time I run a game through battleping. i did all the security checks cleaned the registry and did the instruction for a previous post in this forum with a guy was running lol but no solution. i really need a solution since this error is serious.

please help ASAP
