getting game detected when no game is started

I have not been able to tell if BP is working while playing UO. when I start BP is says game detected and can "connect" even though i have no games started. i have disabled all start up programs so im not sure what it is picking up on.

when i start UO I see no difference. how can i ensure that it is actually working and what is it detecting on startup?
