I did some testing but only limited amount in Wow tonight,
Yes you do connect to Battleping like normal,
When connected to Aus realm it should switch to your ISP connection and when on USA switch to Battleping.
Quickest way would be to make a lvl 1 on Oceanic and a lvl 1 on an East Realm for a rough idea.
But probably only worth testing if you get a decent ping to a West-Coast server.
the route from sg6 to australia is taking the long indirect route to hong kong and then back down under again. i'm not blaming you nor am i complaining. i'm happy to bear with it and will still continue to use battleping.
however, could i make a special request that you edit the source code and maybe change something with some of the files inside this "bp" folder you gave to me for my testing in yr prev post in my prev thread.

i tested by replacing my "bp" folder in my battleping directory with the one you provided in the above post but it doesn't seem to change anything at all. no effects. battleping is still tunneling my connection to australian servers which shouldn't be the case as mentioned by you in yr post above. it should bypass battleping and instead connect directly via my isp's connection if i'm connected to australia/oceanic. but it isn't. makes no difference from the original standard way of connecting using battleping.
is it possible you edit the code somehow that instead of using BP's West Coast servers, you can also include SG6 Singapore 6 such that with the amended "bp" folder i can still connect using SG6 but it will bypass and use my normal connection via my isp to AUSTRALIA/OCEANIC (non-battleping), however, to the US, it will continue to use tunneling via e battleping connection. which is what you intended for that amended alternative "bp" folder to do.
it'd really help out a lot! this way if the routing by microsoft goes thru HK again, i'm safe since i can use my own isp.
i hope you understand what i mean and what i'm trying to propose. i'm sure yr devs/programmers can do that since you're able to provide an alternative bp folder already.
