Hi I would like a refund. The performance is not satisfactory.
Reason Im not hoping for massive ping reductions but at least I'm looking for appropriate reductions in ping where possible and the stability of ping during gaming. But I have tested the paid version out for some days and found out that it didn't work as well as I expected. Like for example in TERA ping without bp is 250-260, however when I use bp, ping gets reduced to 230-240 but it spikes regularly to 260-270. I rather have stable ping of 250 than having spikes from 220-270.
