Higher bandwidth causes major instability

I'm connecting to Archeage's EU servers through battleping's England 1 connection and it has reduced my ping tremendously. However, as soon as the game demands medium to high bandwidth usage (7 player pvp+), my connection becomes very unstable and causes delays of up to 1 minute!

Is there anything I can do to fix this? Please help! Im willing to offer additional information, if needed.
