0ms ping for all servers after loading game

I play FF XIV on the EU database and connect to the Germany 3 server (lowest ping for me) before loading the game, unfortunately soon after getting into the game I have almost unplayable lag. alt-tabbing out of the game and check for issues I find that the ping in the Battleping client is showing as 0ms and if i try other servers they all show 0ms aswell, sometimes i get a ping of 400+ if I keep hitting the ping button, but 8 out of 10 times it will show 0ms. This last anywhere from a few minutes to over an hour making it difficult to do dungeons/raids/etc.

Issue started happening about 6 weeks ago and it's been slowly getting worse (happenning more often) since. I'm actually better off not using Battleping atm
