issue with diablo II LOD

Dear Battleping team,

I am having a strange issue since some day with battleping.
When i put it , I have around 109 ping ingame which is not that good
Before i was using to get between 15-32-47 and 63 to the maximum ( 15-63 ping)
Nowaday it's getting worse I only have 9x to 1xx

Please note that i am using French servers ( which runs better for me ) and on every server I got this issue ( more than 90 ping )

Is anything wrong with the french servers?

Ps : it does not come from my internet provider I have already checked.
