How do you even know if its working, I play Black desert on a private server that is located in Missouri. There are no instructions or anything, I connected to a server in chicago, ping in BDO is the same with or without. This feels like a huge scam to me.
I tried it on smite as well, connected to Atlanta and my ping is the same in game.
