Yeah hey I just bought a 30day BP service from you and unfortunately it doesn't work due to WMI error and I've done everything I could and all I've seen you suggest in other threads and will most likely need to reinstall windows and cannot do that until maybe next month.
May I get a refund for the recently purchased 30days? I may try your service once my PC issues are rectified.
