Error 10054 - can't connect .. to active license/game detection was unable to load

Hi I got the same error again as a year ago ;

error 10054 can't connect to internet to active license

Game (world of warships) is not detected

After closing Battleping the popup shows

Error: game detection was unable to load


I'm not using a VPN or proxy to connect to internet.

I did play short time with the web browser option to see if I could use it,
but since then nothing works.

I uninstalled 1.4.5.
Then download 1.4.3. (!) from the website again
Installed 1.4.3.
It updated to 1.4.5 after restart
Still the same error.

Any suggestions ?
