issue with a server

Dear Bp time,

I have an issue with a french server ( i-e france 2)
It shown ping zero when all other french server are working well.
I've always use france 2 wich runs more smooth than the other servers...

what's happening with france 2? is it down?
Could you test it in order to check the matter?
